Told the dude that I liked to be called strong armed man haha. Do you think it's a good nickname?
Lil Cry Boi I was laughing so hard at this haha you could have picked any name but got strong armed lmao it sounds funny.

Didn't take long for them to say babe again, I said strong arm man! Do you think they would be good at break dancing??
Lil Cry Boi dont know man lmao who knows she might be breakdancing naked or something could be a win win situation, you pay and she dances naked.

Lil Cry Boi Like i said if she breakdance naked its a really good deal lmao
she blocked me after I told her I was a cop haha
Lil Cry Boi Lmao, i did the same thing once, i told them i was a cop and they tracked my real name in a system and found out i was no cop hahaha people go crazy sometimes

We talk to Teqkoi an interesting Lo Fi producer from La Cruces, New Mexico.
Where are you from and what was it like growing up there any cool stories?
I'm from a little city named Las Cruces, New Mexico, United States with a small population of 100,000 people. Growing up here was really plain but I adapted more to the life style in El Paso , Texas. Which is my 2nd home I developed the life culture and the Techno scene, my nickname was actually Teqkno since I was 12-13 years of age changed it about a year ago. Mixed my son's name and mine to create Teqkoi. His name is Yukoi by the way a 5 year old boy. I was in dance in El Paso joined 2 different dance crews Essentialz and Zenzationz. That's what I would do when growing up dance, house music.
How did you get started in producing??
Well first off I was a Techno Dj about 4 year's ago. I then started producing around 4 year's ago. My computer ended up breaking for awhile so i stopped then 2 and a half year's ago I got a Mac book got Ableton 9 and started off making Techno track's again. After that I had 4 tracks on a techno Ep. The exposure wasn't really that great. My buddy's which I use to work with T.M.S they started rapping and I would record them. We got a 1000 couple views but when I started becoming super serious and knew I wanted to make Lo-Fi was when The Bootleg Boy put me on his channel with my Tash Sultana - Notion (Teqkoi Remix) uploaded January 27, 2018. Since then i've been grinding for more exposure.
How long have you been doing it for??
Serious production like my genre about 2 years. So I started 4 years, but 2 years ago is when I actually started producing.
What inspires your music?
I was really into the Sad Lil Peep wave actually. That had a huge influence in my music. Lil peep wasn't scared to start a new wave so i've been the same way since.
I actually saw lil peeps last concert which hit me hard and started working extra hard. That made a huge Impact in my life. I even have a lil peep tattoo R.I.P <3
what was the produce when making Some days We Forget?
I actually had the mentality that Some Days I Forget was going to be one of my biggest track's but it never got put on till The Bootleg Boy uploaded my beat tape titled lonely songs for lonely people https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAH6aCsTkSg Some Days I Forget is the very last song of the Mix it's my oldest track on my SoundCloud as well. I left it on SoundCloud because I put so much work In that project.
Thank you Teqkoi, please go check out Teqkoi's other tracks on his soundcloud.
So what is your name and where are you from?
My name is Noah Johnson, I’m from Clearwater Florida, I’m currently located in CT, but I’ll be moving back to Florida soon.
So what is Florida like growing up there, see many gators in the pools?
I didn’t really grow up in Florida, I moved when I was pretty young, but I’ve been back since. Haven’t seen a gator in a pool in person, but I know it happens. I’ve seen plenty in more natural settings.
What is your buisness, do you do any producing aswell?
I run FloridaSnowBoots which is a Twitter and SoundCloud based music promotional platform. I also do a little bit of producing on the side.
How long have you been producing for and have you released anything?
I’ve been producing sine 2011, I’ve only produced hip hop for under a year. I’ve released a few old tracks for free, nothing much.
What can people expect from your promotion?
From the free reposts one can currently expect from 10-50 plays on their song (it’s only so low because of the high volume I do). From gate posts one can expect to gain anywhere from 10-60 followers.
Who are your favourite artists and why?
As far as people I have any connection to it would probably be: Shy Balenci, Knofrends, Semiautomatic Dawson, Ice Prince Scola, and Princey. When talking about more well known people it would probably be: Smokepurrp, BlocboyJB, Pierre Bourne (as a rapper as well), and Jacin Trill.
can you do the blocboy JB dance??
Yes I can, it took me so long to figure out the real trick to that dance is having your arms really far back.
Any artists we should check out right now??
Definitely go check out: Shy Balenci, Knofrends, Princey, Ice Prince Scola and Semiautomatic Dawson, and just for the hell of it maybe Pierre Bourne, because people don’t realize he raps sometimes.
Awesome, Thanks Florida, check out those artist he mentioned!
We talk to artist and producer Macon Hamilton,
So starting of, Where are you located?
I'm currently located in a North suburb called Duluth, GA but I'm from Macon.
So how did you first start creating music, where did it all start?
During 2008-2012 I was going by T.R.E. DC making beats on FL studio. I would record on my iPod which could make video's and record vocals. I would rip my audio of me rapping to it then line it up on audacity then mix and master it on FL. This is before I got a mic
I know you produce music aswell, how do you go about this and what program do you use?
I make all of my beats on FL Studio and I use Audacity to record over them
I see you did a track with Wacka Flocka Flame, how did this happen and what was the journey like?
During a meeting with d.r.u.g.s I came across him and gave him my business card. Been doing business ever since.
Any more projects coming out soon that we should look out for?
New Project releasing 2020 called it's primitive
It's going to be based on a movie but until then drinkers enjoy #TSHA and smokers enjoy In The Middle Between Golden both on my Bandcamp free download
We take a look at the some weirdest music which is out on youtube and chat about it with artist Lil Cry Boi
Okay lets start with Lady Baby, who is an artist coming out of Japan consisting of Lady Beard the male and two Japanese models.
It's as if the white guy traveled to Japan did Acid and the trip never ended, it just kept going. What do you think? haha
Lil Cry Boi
yo this song is not that bad, but the guy lmao I see myself in that guy to be honest. i'm all about weird things man, it makes life better and more fun!
He puts a lot of energy into it, what a crazy job it would be, would you go to Japan and do this though??
Lil Cry Boi
Hell yes, I love being weird in public so this would be perfect for me!
Okay up next is an artist called Mark Gomley it consists of some random guy who makes 90's looking music videos.
I just want to stay, the beginning is very creepy, it's as if hes been kidnapped by that guy and is being forced to make this.
Lil Cry Boi
oh god this video looks like some kids windows movie maker project hahah I have to say the song isn't bad I actually like it haha.
Yeah, I actually thought it was a cover of some sort of an iron maiden track, but it's actually an original track.
Lil Cry boi
He does look forced, I think they told him "you just stand there and we'll do the rest"
Next up is Elektronic Supersonic who are from Australia
Lil Cry Boi
this is Elektronik Supersonik I guess its made by some Russian would you think this is a hit if it dropped in 2018 or would it just be a meme? Also would you wear the cloths that he is wearing?
I am actually currently wearing those cloths as I type this, the same as the lead singer from Eletroknik haha. If it hit this year it would definitely be a meme. How did you hear about Eletronik Supersonik? I like their lyrics.
Lil Cry Boi
I found Elektronik last month I was watching some weird videos online and i found this haha. hell yes this should be the new Australian antheme, its almost time for the World Cup so I really hope they would read this and do what we say hahaha.
Okay, so we are going to move onto a artist called Harley Cream which you can find on spotify here.
Lil Cry Boi
Alright this is a song from a friend of me haha he makes music like I dont even know how to say it its just weird, is it me or does this song come over as very sexual haha. just imagine you and a girl alone in a room and you want to get her in a mood wouldn't this be the perfect song?
yes, It is the perfect song for a date. what inspired this? haha
Lil Cry Boi
to be honest I don't even know what the inspiration was but i think its so funny that i'm making a song with him soon hahaha can't wait to get weird, hahaha yeah who knows he might be inspired by Eleketronik hahaha.
dope, that is all. We covered some weird stuff. but more to come in the next one!
Hey Fly Guy Juke, so lets start by asking what is your least favourite food and why?
Well I actually hate this whole “genre” of food .Sea Food lol. I’ve always knew that I wouldn’t like it even as a young kid before I had even tried it out, the smell alone was a turn off for me. Eventually this theory was tested when I was at a friends house one day and his mom called us all into the kitchen for Grub time. She made a huge amount of Jambalaya. This wasn’t the first time that I had it...BUT they’re from New Orleans which is the home of the “real “ Cajun jambalaya...So I sat there wondering why a giant crab was is my bowl of jambalaya... I didn’t want to be rude in front of her so I took a whole chunk and bit into it and the smell of it alone almost killed me lol.
lmao, okay. well I guess you never know until you tried fish food. Okay so lets check out this video I found, it's a guy who gets hit by a bus then walks Then he gets up and walks into a bar. would you have the same reaction?
First off about the video I found it funny that all of this took place somewhere called “GUN STREET” that alone let me know that everyone in the video where probably some of the toughest people ever lol...
I’m surprised that guy didn’t just explode on impact ,but then again “GUN STREET” lol.. and after the man survives some final destination type of shit I love how his instant fight or flight instant told him “cmon if you pull through this one you can get the coldest one, you didn’t walk this far down GUN STREET for nothing “ lmao
haha it is a great example of humans pushing through struggles for what they love, in thise case beer. Thanks Juke check out Jukes new track below!
Hello YungJZAisDead how did you get the name?
In high school I would fuck around on FL Studio. I sucked at the time but I was like, "Yo, I need a name to release beats under" and someone said YungJZA. I Just tacked on "isDead" when I started doing vocals to make me like the name a little more.
haha awesome, Any interesting stories about growing up in the area that you're from?
Me and SK used to hang out at this house that sucked hella bad and one night some kid got so drunk he shit, pissed and vomited all over himself and I opened the door while all that was happening. Nothing really happens where I lived. Quiet mountain town.
What made you decide to pursue music? What was the first moment you decided to do this?
I got a guitar when I was 12 or 13 and played in bands for a while. I really got into electronic stuff when I heard DJ s3rl and Happy Hardcore music during 8th/9th grade. I didn't think I could make stuff like that though. Probably in 2009, I heard Nickasaur!, Blood On The Dance Floor, Never Shout Never and all that stuff on MySpace and it made me a little more confident to try it. Didn't really start making any beats until 2012 or 2013 tho.
When you right lyrics what is your process and habits?
I record in my room. I have a little studio thing set up. I just kinda go in and work on a beat and sing along. If I can't come up with anything I'll send it to my friends 'cause they can do more with the beat than me. But if I like it I just write a song really quick and then record. It usually takes 20 minutes to record. I usually take half an hour on a beat. Sometimes people send me beats I really like though. Then a song is over in like 10 minutes. I love that.
What was the funniest or worse moment when making music?
I was recording a song once and my homie came back to my house from a Datsik show. He was super high off molly and just kept telling me how scared dubstep kids made him. That was funny. One time my homie made a song at Lil Soda Boi's house in the backseat of his car. That was funny.
so they had no choice but to make the song in the back seat of the car?
Yeah, hahaha. Soda lived with his mom at the time and she was asleep. Didn't have much of a choice.
I like the style of Like Prom Night what made you choose to go with that style? it almost feels like an arcade.
I don't know really. Me and Zucc just send a lot of beats back and forth. We make music together every day. He just kinda sent me it and I recorded it. I showed my album to Astari and he was like, "I want a video for Like Prom Night" so we went and filmed a video, sent it to Aubrey and it was done. Pretty quick process honestly. Just kinda came about.
Awesome any albums coming out at all or mixtapes?
I just released my tape pink&blue, I have some more songs that are dropping soon but I don't know if I'm doing like, "pink&blue 2" or anything like that any time soon.
Check out YungJZAisdead latest mixtape pink and blue which is on his soundcloud!
So we are here having a talk with 6ard an upcoming producer, so where are you from 6ard?
Hello I am 6ard/Dorman, I am 21 years old and I live in the Southern U.S
So how did you get into producing?
I got into producing a little over a year ago when one of my good friends showed me how to remix a Bones song, it all started from there. When I first began I quite literally had no idea what I was doing. I wanted to to be self taught when it came to producing, so I have never taken to the internet or YouTube for any tutorials (my tracks when I started were out of time and key and had many other problems that I would slowly learn how to fix) thus began my slow climb to where I am today.
How do you go about making a song what is your process?
When I build a track now a days Ill most always go with synth note progression or a guitar sample from one of my many talented friends. From there Ill usually judge the length of the song and begin adding effects to the synth/sample. Once I have that sounding the way i want ill move onto a little percussion so I can judge the build of the track so Ill lay out some snares for example. Usually by that point I have an idea laid out of what I want to execute with the rest of the track.
That's dope, do you play any instruments at all?
My musical background is not as extensive as some people that I know, but i can proficiently play the trumpet (LOL) and read music because of this, as well as minor knowledge in piano.
Okay, so what do you use to produce your beats and what artists have you worked with?
I use fl studio as my daw (multiple versions). My producing creds are: foreign forest, Mokka(Underrated Producer), Ballad of the Broken, wetheaxis/myntwave, CarlosTheSpice, yung $lack, Steele '11(my cousin), Shabba Rhys, and a few more!
Wetheaxis tracks that you produced 2002 and 2008 are pretty dope how did you end up with working with wetheaxis and the produce of creating those tracks?
2008 and 2002 are some songs that I have done with wetheaxis or @TyloMay on twitter. WeTheAxis/myntwave is a group of artist from our area that come together to make dope music. You check out the website here http://www.myntwave.com/ . The goal with these tracks is to bring back some 2000's nostalgia with the vocal word play from BalladofTheBroken, while have and equal vintage sounding guitar accompanied with a hard hitting drum line. These tracks are the ones Im most proud of because of how they came out sounding like some of the musical styles from the 2000's.
You can keep up with 6ard here:
Thanks also check out 6ards exclusive track on music island!
boiscry is an artist based in Los Angeles
Okay so where are you from and how did you get started in music?
What really got me into making music was seeing how Lil Peep was doing his thing back in the schema posse days, including Yung lean/bladee ,I would always hear the difference from the music that was play on the radio, That’s what made want to go to Best Buy and purchase my first mic..
.Do you produce music too? you record it at home? How do you go about this?
I can produce as well, and yeah I have my own little studio at home, honestly love recording when no one is home. Best time to get creative,
and my song goodbye is prod by me on SoundCloud, has over 18.6k plays.
what artist influence you?
I can say lil peep/xxxtentacion/Yung lean/bladee/Oliver francis, all of them really influenced me to even start making music & have the courage to make it.
.Have you ever met any famous artists? If so what happened?
I met lil peep tattoo artist at a Smart & Final,I literally couldn’t talk enough mainly causeI was grocery shopping with my mom, but other than that haven’t met anyone that’s a famous artist.
Any funny stories while making music?
Omg yes I made this song called water, I sampled many memes in that song.It was just hilarious to me..
you seem to be the type of artist who puts out a lot of music ranging in style, was this on purpose you have this hardcore sound in a song such as FOMV then more of an Rnb feel in songs such as Tony Hawks? or just happened to be like this?
I love being all over the place with my music, I’m not afraid to try something new.
I enjoy being versatile in my music, I love exploring new sounds, oh yeah I have a track called heart attack with some heavy 808s produced by me as well, Tony Hawk was all vibes bro, mainly cause I feel like tony hawk ,but yeah all my music doesn’t sound alike mainly cause I don’t stick to one sound..
.What was the process making Goodbye, what did you start with?
I had a selection of samples on my hard drive ,always wanted to dedicate a song to my uncle who passed away from cancer a friend I only met once..
What were your intentions of the song Goodbye?
I just wanted my message heard.
Boiscry is working is currently working on an EP check out his soundcloud packed with music keep a look out for this artist on the rise!
